With over 20 years of professional catering experience Con, our founder, plays an integral part in our success. His mission is to exceed your expectations, every time.
His experience in catering began in the kitchen, moving into ownership and the management of a good many hospitality venues. This gave him the grounding to set up My Catering Club. He has moulded it into the perfect solution to any party or commercial organisation’s catering needs.
Together with the team he has built and trained, he now has a driving passion. That is to cater only for offsite functions and events. Wherever your preferred location, we are keen to help. Whether it is at home, a venue you have hired, or an outdoor venue we work them all! The choice is yours.
Con was born in Brisbane into a proud Greek family. He learnt early in life that family, friends, food and fabulous hospitality are the foundation of his culture.
His passion now is to bring the love of food and great hospitality to all his client’s events. He works closely with the organiser to ensure that their wishes are fully met and that the catering is the star of the show!
